Adding profiles to a talent map
Add specific people to a Talent Market Map yourself — for example inbound applicants or candidates you already know — so ama assesses and ranks them alongside everyone else in the map.

In this video, I’ll show you how to add talents to the talent map yourself. To do that, first go into your project and click the three dots. You’ll see two options: ‘Add talents’ or ‘Export CSV’. When you click ‘Add talents’, this pops up, and here you paste the LinkedIn URLs of the people you want to import — I already have some here. Now you can choose tags to assign to those profiles: by default you get ‘manually added’, you can reuse previous tags you’ve created, or assign new ones. So I’ll create a tag, type a name, and don’t forget to press Enter. Then ama recognises the profiles to import, and you click ‘Import profiles’. Now ama’s AI engine starts working to assess those profiles. This can take some time, especially with lots of profiles or lots of archetypes and signals to assess for, so grab a coffee or start something else and come back in a few minutes. There we go — the profiles have been imported. You can see they’ve all imported successfully; if we fail to find someone because of a typo or because the profile no longer exists, we’ll let you know. Now if you refresh the page and filter for the tag you just created, you’ll see the profiles you imported, each assessed against the role.
