I want to show you a super-powerful feature in ama: reaching out to multiple talents at the click of one button. Trust me, this is a huge game-changer and saves a lot of time. I’m in my shortlist and I’ll go to my priority-one candidates — these are candidates I’ve revealed, they’re good and shortlisted, and I want to reach out to all of them. But I don’t want to go profile by profile, copying and pasting my message. I can simply use ama to outreach to all of them. To do this, select all the candidates you want to reach out to — in my case, all of them — and you’ll see this ‘Send message’ button. Once you send, it checks if you’re connected to your LinkedIn account, and you can select which method and which templates to use. I don’t want any InMail here, I want a connection request. Once you click send, it starts reaching out to everyone. It doesn’t happen all at once — otherwise we’d hit rate limits and it would look suspicious to LinkedIn — so it’s a slow process: it reaches out to one candidate at a time during business hours, with some delay in between, to make sure we don’t violate any of LinkedIn’s restrictions.
