Importing new talents into a Talent Market Map

When you have worked through the profiles in a Talent Market Map, you can grow the pool by bringing in new talents. This short video introduces the ways to do that.

I want to show you in this video how to import new talents into ama. As you know, in this talent map right now we have 1,400 talents in the talent pool, but you can always add more. The way to do this is to come into the ‘Find new talents’ tab, where you’ll see how it’s currently set up. For example, right now we’re looking at candidates with English and German titles. We have a company list set up here, which you can decide to use or not use — these are some of the companies that might be relevant for this search, and you can always see exactly what they’re doing here. You can always add more companies. And this is one of the sourcing strategies we used, basically a way to query profiles that we’ll later assess.

So the workflow would be: first setting up the strategies, finding some profiles, and then importing them into ama so they can start being assessed by the AI. In the next videos, I’ll show you how to work with the target company list for sourcing, and also how to create new sourcing strategies.
