Iterating and creating new criteria for a Talent Market Map
The criteria behind a Talent Market Map decide how each profile is scored, so getting them right is what makes the results useful. You can adjust the criteria at any point and add new ones as your picture of the role sharpens. The video shows how to iterate on your existing criteria and create new ones.

I want to show you how to iterate on the existing criteria of a talent map. If you come to Qualifications on the left-hand side, you’ll see all the criteria ama has set up for this position.
First, you can always adjust a criterion’s weight. Right now Java has a weight of only one — we can change that to five, for example, if it’s very important. And if back-end is not important, we can lower it as well.
You can also add a new criterion here, such as ‘has worked in HR tech companies’. Once you do this, our agent will personalise the assessment to that setup and work out what it should look like. You can see it added ‘worked at HR tech companies’, and you can also see some of the positive examples it will look for.
At the bottom you see all the changes you’ve made. You can revert them all, or click Apply changes — clicking here has the same effect. Then one thing you need to do is reassess the profiles in the pool. This might take some time depending on how many changes you’ve made, but once you do it, our engine starts to run again and the profiles are reassessed.
