Using the AI messaging assistant
Instead of editing every message by hand, you can just tell ama’s AI assistant what you want. Chat with it — ask it to adjust the tone, shorten a step, rework a line — and it updates your messages for you. Keep iterating in the same conversation until the wording is right. The video shows how to work with the assistant.

I wanted to show you in this video how to use the AI assistant for messaging.
As you know, here we have our messaging templates, and now we have this button which starts a chat with our AI assistant. You can ask it multiple things that will help you set up messages. For example, you could select this text and say ‘add a new bullet point talking about home office work’. What happens then is that it takes not only the context of this message but all the context of the project, and adapts the message.
You can see it now gives you a few options for how to add it, so you can pick one or the other and accept the change from the LLM.
You can also say things that are more vague. For example, ‘I would like to have a personalised block talking about why the candidate is a good fit’. We just wait a little bit, and here you have the suggestions from the AI on where it would adjust. Let’s pick this one — and it added this block of personalised message to the candidate.
We can do multiple things, such as duplicating this template. Now I want to use it in German, so I can reach out to candidates in German as well. You can see it proposes some changes; you click Apply, and now we have a new InMail in German, which is basically a translation of the old one.
