Importing talents from a specific company
When you know a particular company worth hiring from, you can pull its people into your Talent Market Map directly, rather than querying the database more broadly. The video shows how.

In this video I want to show you how to import more talents from one specific company into your Talent Market Map.
First, go to the ‘Find new talents’ tab on the left-hand side. You’ll see all the sourcing strategies used to fill your talent pool. We can create a new one by clicking ‘Add strategy’ and selecting the ‘Target company search’ template.
Once you do this, you’ll see all the filters that can be applied to the search — one of them being target companies. You can select a group of companies that has already been pre-selected for you, or type in individual companies, such as Apple and Amazon. When you click Search, you’ll find all the companies matching Amazon and its name variations in our database.
Once they’re added, you can click Run. Now you should see all the candidates from Amazon and Apple with these job titles, in this particular location, ranked by this set of keywords.
Now that the list has finished loading, you can see all the candidates who were at Amazon or Apple in the last three years. Once you’ve chosen who you want to import — or select all of them — you can click Import directly. It will ask you to run pre-assessment questions: just some screening to see whether they’re broadly relevant to this pool in terms of seniority and function. This takes a couple of moments, so I’ll pause the video.
There you go. Now you can see they have grades for function and seniority, and we’d import only the ones scoring above, let’s say, 75%. Click Import all 58, and they’ll be added while we deepen and complete their assessment. You can see here that they’re being added right now.
Let’s say you now want to see specifically the people from Amazon. Come to Companies, search for Amazon, click here, and view the talents from that company.
