Creating a target company list

Tell ama which companies you want to hire from and surface only the talents who currently work — or previously worked — at those companies. Useful when you have a defined list of competitors or industry leaders to target.

If you have a target company list you want to use in ama, there’s a very quick way to do it. Here on the Companies tab, you see all the companies in your talent market map, and you can add them to your shortlist by clicking this button. You can also search for them and add them to your shortlist. If you want to see a profile from a specific company, click the company and, at the top, choose to view its talents. You can also go to the filters, filter for company affiliation, and select to show talents only from shortlisted companies — then choose between current and past employees.
