Welcome to ama. In this video I’m going to give you a quick introduction to all the features — but if you want to go in depth on each of them, please watch the other videos in this help centre.

Let’s start with our list of profiles. They live here in Sourced, and you can see the profiles are already ranked by their qualification for the role you set up. We also set up some talent groups, which are essentially different filter sets. Right now we’re in one of them, and these are all the filters being applied — you can adjust them by clicking here.

Once you go into a profile, you can review the regular CV on the left-hand side, and on the right-hand side you have the full scorecard: the criteria ama uses to assess this profile. Here is a condensed view, but if you click to see the entire scorecard, you see all the criteria it’s assessing for.

If you want to leave a comment on the profile, you can write it here. And if you want to tag profiles, you can add a tag here.

If you like the profile, you can add it to your shortlist. If you don’t like it, you can archive it, and we’ll ask what the reason was — this is helpful for us to recalibrate the assessment. Once a profile is shortlisted or archived, it moves to a new tab, which you can see here.

The idea is that you’d reach out to the profiles on your shortlist. Right now I only have one profile, but if you have multiple you can just select all and click Send message. If you haven’t already, you’ll need to connect your LinkedIn account to start the outreach.

To adjust the messages being sent, come to Messaging and then message templates, where you’ll see the existing templates for this project and can adjust them as you want.

You can also adjust the criteria used in the talent map by going to Target talent profile and Qualifications. You’ll see all the criteria currently set up, and you can adjust the weight or add new criteria by clicking here.
