If you have companies on your blocklist that you can’t reach out to candidates currently working at, ama lets you hide those talents. On the left-hand side, in the Company step, you’ll see all the companies in your talent market map, ranked by the number of current and past employees. Let’s say you have a company as a client and you don’t want to reach out to candidates currently working there — you can exclude that company and build a list of all the companies you’d like to exclude. You can also search for companies and exclude them; they immediately move to your Excluded tab. Now, once you’re sourcing candidates, you can go to the filters and choose to hide talents from excluded companies, picking either current or past employees. Let’s say I only want to exclude current employees: now everyone currently working at those companies won’t appear in the list.
